Permit applicant – The applicant shared a presentation reviewing their current permit and summarizing the requested amendments. Mr. Sherman concluded by stating that the application complies with the District’s rules. Mr. Starcke addressed a question to Mr. Beach, who provided further details and explanation on the report completed by AGS and answered further questions from the Board. Mr. Starcke allowed questions from affected persons. The Board followed up with additional questions. Those present representing the applicant provided responses to the public and to the Board.
