Citizen Comments. Mr. Graveley opened the floor to citizen’s comments. Mr. Andrew Mendez, 405 E. Alice, Kingsville, Texas, representing South Texas Water Watch, commented that he has researched STWA'’s past meetings and reviewed the Board’s actions and will continue to monitor and share information with the public. He questioned the Board’s decision 1o enter into an agreement with Seven Seas and said he would continue to monitor the Board’s actions.
