4. Consider approving minutes of the prior meetings held on July 15, 2026, and July 28, 2026. The Board reviewed the minutes of the meetings of July 15, 2026, and July 28, 2026, copies of which were previously distributed to the Board. Upon motion by Director Higgins, seconded by Director Maxwell, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meetings of July 15, 2026, and July 28, 2026, as presented.
