Mr. Benefiel reported to the Board on the projects. Mr. Benefiel commented that the sluice gates had arrived. Mr. Benefiel commented that Omnitech came out to look over the Scada system and reported the system is outdated and made a proposal to update. Ms. Adriana Cruz was in attendance for Three Box. Ms. Cruz commented that the Annual Report is in the review phrase right now and should be completed by April 15. Adriana commented that Three Box provided onsite support on the judging part of the school program at Valley Ranch Elementary and provided support for the VRA annual meeting. Ms. Cruz passed out to the Board a Community Engagement Strategy goal program in order to get an idea of what the Board would like to move more towards. Director Correa suggested reaching out to Irving Leadership to see about having Flood 3 added to their program.
