Review, discuss, and possibly act on drilling permit for E 3 Mountain LLC whose address is 100 Waugh Drive Suite 400 Houston, Texas 77007 to drill a non-exempt irrigation well having a 10” diameter casing and well depth of approximately 1,200ft to be completed in the Gulf Coast aquifer/Evangeline. The proposed well (District Well ID #0033-247-2024) is on 8,833.55 acres 2.4 miles Southwest of Highway 359 near the City of Hebbronville, Jim Hogg County, Texas. The coordinates are 27 20 38N latitude and -98 46 6W longitude. The proposed well use is irrigation with a maximum volume of 13,000,000 gallons (40-acre ft) per annum.
