Call the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 1 Meeting to Order and establish a quorum. 2. Citizens Forum (3-minute time limit per individual). 3. Approval of the June 9, 2026 meeting, June 18, 2026 special meeting and June 24, 2026 special meeting minutes. 4. Chief’s Report. a. Run Report. b. Events. 5. Discussion and possible action on the interlocal agreement with the City of . Converse for the new fiscal year. 6. Update on potential property for the District’s office. 1. Update on the sales contract that the District’s attorney is working on. 7. Financial Reports. a. Review of the Financial Reports for the District. b. Approval to pay the bills for the District. c. Payment of $399,848.46 to the City of Converse for providing fire suppression services to the District. 8. Determine date, time and possible agenda items for the next Board meeting. 9. Adjourn. The above notice was posted at the Bexar County Courthouse and at the District’s office located at 8275 FM 78, Suite 2, Converse, Texas 78109 before 5:00 P.M. July 8, 2026.
