V.A.e. Approval to award vendor ICM (Industrial & Commercial Mechanical, LLC) for Request for Proposals (RFP)# 072726-904 Preventative Maintenance, Repairs, Emergency Services and Water Treatment for the 2026-2027 School Year. Presenter: Alfonso H. Perez Description: The combination of preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency services, and water treatment provides Donna ISO with a proactive approach to facility management. These services help preserve District assets, maintain safe and comfortable learning environments, minimize disruptions to instructional activities, and reduce the likelihood of costly premature equipment replacement. Investing in ongoing maintenance and timely service is therefore a cost-effective strategy for protecting public resources while supporting the District's educational mission. The awarded contract is for one (1) year, school year 2026–2027, with the option to extend for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments.
