Report on engineering matters, and authorize appropriate action, regarding design of new projects, advertisement for bids, contract awards, approval of pa y estimates and change orders, including authorization to advertise for bids, award contract, and approval of pay estimates and change orders for the following projects as appropriate: a. median opening at Section 20 entrance on Northgrove Parkway; b. new projects; c. deeds and easements, including Center Point easements, phase I environmental assessment proposals, consents to encroachment, requests for service, or utility commitment letters; and d. bond application matters.
