Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval of an Earnest Money Contract between CERCO DEVELOPMENT, INC., referred to therein as Purchaser, and Williamson County, referred to therein as Seller, relating to the sale and purchase of approximately 98 acres (more or less and subject to certified survey) of real property located at 410 Blue Springs Boulevard, Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, for the Purchase Price amount of $9.50 per square foot (full Purchase Price to be determined based on total square footage in certified survey); and authorize the County Judge to execute the Earnest Money Contract and all other documents and instruments that may be necessary to close the transaction and convey the real property to CERCO DEVELOPMENT, INC.
