3. June 17 – A stakeholder meeting is conducted in Fort Stockton to present draft results. TWDB and project consultant INTERA, Inc. presented the location of qualifying wells (domestic, municipal, agricultural) and requested data for any qualifying wells they missed. In a document that summarized questions and answers from this stakeholder meeting, MPGCD indicated they would provide evidence of existing brackish Rustler use in the Coyanosa area. Note: This well data was likely used to eliminate a draft BGPZ (potential production area, or PPA) and reduced the footprint of a draft BGPZ that was eventually approved.
