OPENING REMARKS A. President' s Remarks concerning current events, recognitions, conduct of meeting, posted agenda items, committee assignments, and related matters President Hollifield announced that Directors George Crump, Steve Matthews, Rick Crowley, Don Paschal, and Richard Peasley have been reappointed to the Board of Directors. President Hollifield announced the creation of a Legislative Outreach Team. District staff has coordinated with Director Kelley, Chair of the Legislative Committee, to identify five Board Members who have strong relationships and experience engaging with the Legislature. The members of the Legislative Outreach Team include Directors Kelley, Imrie, Kever, Purefoy, and Matthews. President Hollifield advised that Director Phil Dyer would recuse himself from discussion and voting on agenda item XII. B.
