A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas for the 2026 Economic Mobility Program Grant, in the annual amount of $250,000, for a total amount of up to $1,250,000.00, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Health Department, for a total of a five year term, to be effective on November 01, 2026 through October 31, 2031, and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Laredo Public Health Department Fund - 2026 Economic Mobility Program Grant.
