Update and possible action on San Andres efforts at RRC, and update on Leaking Water Wells Grant Program and plugging efforts. General Manager Ty Edwards updated the Board on the application to TCEQ. The grant application process has been completed and are awaiting approval to begin plugging the first well. No action.
