Consider ratifying the renewal of an existing one-year agreement with LaTour Tree Service, Inc. for FY 2026, and authorizing the Town Manager to renew the agreement for two (2) additional one-year terms during FY 2027 and FY 2028 for as needed creek inspections, maintenance, and sediment and debris removal in an annual amount not to exceed $70,000 each fiscal year, subject to annual appropriations
