A motion was made by Director Yanta, seconded by Director Alexander, the Permits/Enforcement Committee recommend the board adopt a resolution and order of the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board of Directors to approve VISPO forbearance agreements for permitted Edwards groundwater rights between the EAA and: (1) Michael T. Adamek and Kristen J. Adamek; (2) Bishop Farms, LTD. & KWB Management, L.L.C.; (3) John Aviel Persyn; and (4) Mark A. Nester in the total amount of not less than $176,457.31, and not to exceed $699,293.79, for the Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option in support of the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan, and authorizing the General Manager to execute the Agreements. The motion passed without opposition.
