Management Plan in accordance with Section 26.1071 Texas Water Code (HB 2078, 89th Legislature) b. Update Management Plan with most recently approved Desired Future Conditions within two years (SB 1583, 89th Legislature) c. Decision of Permit – use of water does or does not unreasonably affect: (3) registered and exempt wells (HB 1633 89th Legislature)
