Mayor Alemán announced that the City Council would meet in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to consider commercial or financial information regarding business prospects or projects (Item No. 18 – Discuss economic development incentives for a business expansion project in the Skyline Industrial District); whereupon, the City Council proceeded to meet in Council Conference Room.
