District Fee & Penalty Schedule Adjustment: After brief discussion, the following motion was made: Vice President Rogers moved that the District Fee & Penalty Schedule be increased and adjusted as proposed. Director Jones seconded. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Aye: Holly Fults, Doc Jones, Toby Shelton, Linda Kaye Rogers, John Worrall Nay: None Absent: None. Secretary/Treasurer Worrall moved that the newly updated District Fee & Penalty Schedule become effective on July 1, 2022. Director Jones seconded.
