5. Accept INTERA Final Report on Mirasol: Director Torres-Verdin moved to table. Director Jones seconded. The motion failed by the following vote: Minutes for a Regular Meeting of the Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District Page 2 of 3 Aye: Doc Jones, Carlos Torres-Verdin Nay: Linda Kaye Rogers, Bruce Moulton, David Smith Absent: None. Director Moulton moved to accept the INTERA Final Report: Director Smith seconded. President Rogers emphasized that acceptance means agreeing that the report fulfilled the contractual obligation, not that the Board was agreeing with every or any aspect of the report.
