Consider and set dates for 2025 Regular Board Meetings: Secretary/Treasurer Smith moved that Regular Board meetings continue on an every-other-month schedule with special meetings called as necessary, the next Regular meeting being in February. Director Torres-Verdin seconded. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Aye: Carlos Torres-Verdin, Marcus Gary, David Smith, Bruce Moulton Nay: None Present but Abstaining: Linda Kaye Rogers.
