5. Instruct District staff to post notice of proposed amendment to rule 16 to enable Hays County ESD #4 to replace a fire suppression well. Director Gary moved to postpone Agenda item 5 until after the Board met in closed session to confer with their attorney. Vice President Rogers seconded. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Aye: Marcus Gary, Linda Kaye Rogers, Bruce Moulton, Carlos Torres-Verdín, David Smith Nay: None Absent: None.
