Jones & Carter, Inc. has no control over the cost of labor, materials, or equipment; over the Contractor's methods of determining bid prices; or over competitive bidding or market conditions. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that bids will not vary from this cost estimate. This estimate does not include any costs for wetland mitigation, detention basins, mitigation basins, or any other work related to compensating for wetlands or floodplain impact. (3) This cost includes the re-building of both traveling bridge Sand Filters, including replacement of the automatic backwashing filter (ABF) bridge assembly, drive, and accessories, backwash piping, backwash shoe tensioning assembly, washwater trough and washwater hood assembly, festooning cable tow mast and electrical cable system, skimmer and underdrain installation, replacement of the control panels including travel stop and limit switches, and all other applicable items needed to be replaced as a part of installation of the items above, or identified during field investigation. (4) This cost includes two pumps (one duty and one spare), suction and discharge piping, and a bladder tank. (5) This cost estimate includes electrical repairs and modifications around the wastewater treatment plant site as detailed as Priority 3 items in the Inspection Report dated March 2017. (6) This cost includes replacing the gate to allow for ease of operation along Magnolia Parkway. (7) This cost estimate includes removal of the existing generator and installation of a 750kW diesel generator, sound attenuated enclosure, 24 hrs sub- base fuel tank, generator slab, and platform. All above ground conduit will be replaced. ^^- ''^s^ ''"lx^\wo^ KGT/bmm K:\00446\00446-0900-00 General Consultation (BCMUD 3)\WWTP Consultation\WWTP Improvements Phase III Documents\Class III EOPCC BCMUD 3 WWTP Improvements Phase III 2020.10.27 •JD N ES|GARTER Texas Board of Professional Engineers Registration No. F-439 | Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying Registration No. 10046100 7
