Pursuant to the March 16, 2020, Declaration by the Governor of the State of Tex.as, certain requirements of Chapter SSI V.T.C.A. Government Code, have heen suspended in response to the Cornnavirus (COVlD-19) disaster. This action allows governmental bodies to conduct meetings by telephone or vidcoconfercnce to advance the public health goal of limiting face to face meetings (also called social distancing) to slow the spread of the Corona virus. Pursuant to V.T.C.A. Government Code §551, the Board of Directors may convene in closed session in relation to any agenda item included in this Notice with such closed session to he held at lhe date, hour, and place given in this Notice concerning any and all subjects for any and all purposes permitted by V.T.C.A Government Code Chapter 5S I, including but not limited to, private consultation with the Disuict's Attorney's on any or all matters or suhjccls authorized by law, pending or contemplated litigation, personnel matters, real estate transactions, security devices, economic development negotiations and/or gifts and donations.
