Maintenance & Repairs:  Wastewater Treatment Plant i. Replaced breaker and VFD for MBR1 RAS #3. A PLC technician reprogrammed all original set points, tested, and brought it back online. ($14,268.12) ii. Purchased and replaced solenoid for sprayers on drum screen. ($669.35) iii. Found several floats had gone bad in lift station wet well. Purchased and replaced three floats, tested and put back online. ($3,218.63) iv. Subcontractor removed dead tree and northeast side of the property. ($4,359.30) v. Subcontractor was called as AC was not cooling in control room. Found a refrigerant leak and made repairs. Recharged system and put back online. ($1,579.05) vi. Subcontractor conducted an infrared survey on all electrical equipment. ($1,485.00) vii. Purchased and replaced bad butterfly valve on MBR backwash process. Tested and put back online. ($10,307.00)  Lift Station i. Sienna Springs L11- Vacuum truck cleaned out wet well of grease and debris. ($1,699.33) ii. Steep Bank L9- Removed Center Point temporary service and installed covers on the junction box to cover up the holes. ($1,123.66) iii. Tramel Fresno L12- Picked up new MPC and programmed and installed. ($1,462.53) iv. Waters Lake L7- Could not get pump #3 to run properly and found not issue. Moved pump #3 to the pump #2 slot, and it worked as it should. Reached out to contractor to troubleshoot and make repairs. ($1,717.14) v. Scanlan Trace L6- Picked up pump #2 from the shop after repairs and reinstalled. ($29,740.03)  Water Distribution i. Sienna Parkway- Reprogrammed PLC as it was reading GST’s incorrectly for some reason. ($1,399.03) ii. Murray Ct- Excavated and made repairs to leaking HPT airline. Backfilled and cleaned the area. ($2,772.30)
