Pollution Prevention Measures The SWP3 must identify and ensure the implementation of appropriate pollution prevention measures for all eligible non-stormwater components of the discharge. Section F. Stormwater Runoff from Concrete Batch Plant Discharges of stormwater runoff from concrete batch plants at construction sites authorized under this general permit may be authorized under the provisions of this general permit provided that the requirements in this section are met. If discharges of stormwater runoff from concrete batch plants are not covered under this general permit, then discharges must be authorized under an alternative general permit or an individual permit. This general permit does not authorize the discharge or land disposal of any wastewater from concrete batch plants at construction sites authorized under this general permit. Authorization for these wastes must be obtained under an individual permit or an alternative general permit.
