Park and landscaping matters and authorize appropriate action, including: a. authorize design of District facilities and approve landscaping proposals for project(s), approve plans, specifications and authorize advertisement for bids for projects, review bids and award contracts for landscaping projects, approve pay estimates, change orders and final acceptance as appropriate for landscaping projects; b. approve general landscape, beautification or community betterment expenditures for the District, including park facilities, and/or agreements with Sienna Residential Association, Inc. or other partnership agreements; and c. capital parks improvement plan.
