(SEAL) = 3 93403Ivl Consideration of and potential action on a Resolution authorizing the exercise of the power of eminent domain to condemn property interests in connection with the planning, establishing, developing, and extending of the District's water plant facilities in order to serve residents and properties within the District and declaring the existence of a public necessity for such acquisition and the construction of such facilities; Ratify authorization for filing of Local Government Bond, Tax, and Project Database report with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts pursuant to Section 403.702, Gov't Code; Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and would like to request auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact the District's attorney at (713) 623-4531 at least three business days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
