Maintenance & Repairs:  Wastewater Treatment Plant i. Raised two manholes to grade outside of the facility. ($2,033.69) ii. The UV system was shutting down in the evening. Traced out the electrical and found a bad relay to the transformer. Replaced the relay, tested it, and put it back online. ($686.25) iii. Vactor removed heavy grease and debris from the onsite lift station. ($13,090.00) iv. Had to have a subcontractor pump down the excessive water from the onsite lift station and transfer it to relieve pressure on the system. This was due to open sanitary connections taking in stormwater (12/27/24 and 1/10/25). ($8,063.73)  Lift Station i. Scanlan Trace L5- Found RMS not working properly. Pulled unit and installed rental, sent in unit for repair. Received the repaired unit back, reinstalled, and put it back online. ($4,744.11) ii. Bees Creek L10- Found pump #1 had shorted out. Pulled pump and took it to shop for repairs. Installed rental pump. ($1,123.86)  Water Distribution i. Lakebrook Dr- Purchased and replaced a leaking air relief valve. ($1,951.68)  Sanitary Sewer Collection i. Nothing to report.  Storm Sewer i. Nothing to report.  Reuse System i. Nothing to report.
