Hourly Fees: In instances where the scope or time is significantly above the normal duties described above, CCMA reserves the right to charge an hourly fee to be billed at the rate of three-hundred fifty dollars ($350) per hour. The aggregate fee for non- municipal advisory services will equal the number of hours worked by personnel times $350. Prior to performing any work that would result in an hourly rate being charged, CCMA will inform the Client of its intent to charge such hourly rate and provide an estimate of the total hours necessary to complete the task.
