(a) 828884vl Authorize the design, advertisement for bids and/or award of construction contracts or concurrence in the award of a contract for the construction and/or maintenance of water, sanitary sewer and drainage facilities within Adoption of Resolution Authorizing an Additional Penalty on Delinquent Personal Property Taxes and authorize delinquent tax attorney to collect delinquent personal property taxes beginning April 1,2026, including the filing of lawsuits, as necessaiy; Review and approve the minutes of the December 9, 2025, Board of Directors meeting; Status of collection of delinquent taxes, including authorizing lawsuit, foreclosure and/or write-off, as appropriate; and Approval of installment agreements with taxpayers for the payment of delinquent taxes and status of existing installment agreements; Grant exemptions from taxation for 2026, and the adoption of a Resolution in connection therewith; consider alternative exemptions available to District; Report by Republic Services, Inc. concerning solid waste collection activities within the District: Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directors of the above captioned District will hold a regular meeting at 21603-A Fox Trail Lane, Humble, Texas 77338, said address being a meeting place of the District.
