Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

Water and Sewer Matters. Early in the meeting, Mr. Parker introduced himself and explained that he was the owner of tracts on Cutten Road south of Cockrum Blvd. Mr. Hardin showed a map of the tracts and explained it looked like extending lines would be fairly simple. He said the owner's plan was to build four warehouses on the tract that was east of Cutten (the rest of the area being already built upon). After discussion and questions, there was a motion to authorize the engineer to perform a feasibi I ity study for annexation ( or out-of-district service), if the owner signs the customary memorandum to request the study and makes a cost deposit in the amount of $7,500. The motion was seconded and all voted in favor.
