Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing the Interim City Manager to accept and execute two water line easements from Hidden Trails on Roland MHC, LLC, located off Roland Lane and IH 35, a 0.450 (19,602 SF) tract and a 0.556 acre (24,219.36 SF) tract, for Roland Mobile Home Park project, which is being conveyed to the City of Kyle at no cost.
