Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing a one-time cash payment of $673,270.86 to the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) for the City’s proportional share of the Raw Water Delivery System Improvements Project. The final project cost is lower than originally anticipated, allowing the City’s proportional share of the project to be cash funded rather than financed through the previously authorized debt service payment schedule. Upon approval, a budget amendment will be necessary for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to provide the funding necessary for the cash payment.
