Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing the construction of a 6 or 8-foot masonry fence as part of the 2022 Road Bond program Center Street (Off-System) project, at the intersection of Center Street and Old Stagecoach Road in an amount not to exceed $106,880.00, and direct staff to bring back a License Agreement with the Hometown Kyle Homeowners Association, Inc. and the affected property owners for the construction and maintenance of the masonry fence.
