Presentation and Discussion Regarding the San Antonio River Authority's Utilities Operations

The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) owns and operates four wastewater treatment plants in eastern Bexar County serving approximately 45,000 retail connections and provides wholesale treatment services to the City of Live Oak, Converse, Universal City, Schertz, and the Green Valley Special Utility District. The River Authority also provides contracted services to other communities and organizations in the district allowing the River Authority to serve over 4,000 additional customers. This presentation will provide an overview of these services and activities as well as newer initiatives underway to maintain appropriate operations and maintenance practices.
