Presentation and Discussion on the Woodlawn Lake Stormwater Quality Improvement Project in Support of the City of San Antonio Woodlawn Lake Park Uplift Project

The San Antonio River Authority, working with City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation, is designing nature-based solutions at five locations around Woodlawn Lake to improve water quality inflows into the lake and elevate park users' experience. The Woodlawn Lake Stormwater Quality Improvement Project will improve stormwater quality entering Woodlawn Lake through green stormwater infrastructure features. The features include one large-scale bioretention basin and four enhanced swales that mimic riparian conditions and uplift park aesthetics.
