San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) staff developed the Fiscal Year 2026-27 (FY2026-27) budget based on a tax rate of $1.93 cents per $100 valuation. The Proposed Annual Budget provides funding for the current level of services and includes investments that will continue to advance River Authority capabilities that respond to identified needs in targeted areas that contribute to River Authority’s support of creeks and rivers.
