Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a construction contract for construction of the Police Training Classroom and Range Buildings with Cloud Construction Co. Inc. of Temple in the estimated amount of $14,112,557. The City Council reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
