(2) Recommendation: The Utility Services Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors: (a) Adopt the Regulatory Services Fee Schedule for Contracts for the period beginning December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023; and (b) Authorize the General Manager to execute individual Contracts for Regulatory Services between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and entities seeking laboratory services. 10 (ITEMS P AND Q WERE NOT PRESENTED TO A COMMITTEE.)
