(2) Recommendation: The Utility Services Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the amended Interlocal Agreement between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Polk County in the not to exceed amount of $500,000 per year for security services at the Lake Livingston Project. 12
