Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. R-1749, thereby authorizing the General Manager to execute the Renewal Agreement for Investment Advisory Services between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Hilltop Securities Asset Management, LLC for a period of one year through August 31, 2027.
