(2) Recommendation: The Utility Services Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Envirosuite in the amount of $414,378 for a three-year contract. 5
