Memorandum dated April 5, 2021 from Chief Information Officer. (1) Explanation by Henry Borbolla lll and Douglas L. Short. (2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Net Sync, for a 42-month contract at a total cost of $222,264.72 for Backup and Recovery Services, as outlined in Exhibit A.
