CHARGES POLICY INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS - UNRESTRICTED NET POSITION POLICY GENERAL FUND - UNASSIGNED FUND BALANCE POLICY OPERATING ENTERPRISE FUNDS - OPERATING RESERVES POLICY. Pg. 46 Memorandum dated January 23, 2026 from Manager, Budget. Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors: (a) Adopt the revised Administrative Overhead Charges Policy; (b) Adopt the Internal Service Funds - Unrestricted Net Position Policy; (c) Adopt the General Fund - Unassigned Fund Balance Policy; and (d) Adopt the Operating Enterprise Funds - Operating Reserves Policy, as presented.
