Memorandum dated April 4, 2024 from Chief Information Officer. (1) Explanation by Steven L. Roberts and Douglas L. Short. (2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: 4 Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Net Sync, for a 36- month contract renewal at a total cost of $242,273.60 for Backup and Recovery Services, as outlined in Exhibit A.
