(2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors: (a) Authorize the General Manager to execute a two-year contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and UKG for the renewal of UltiPro Software and the Document Manager Module upgrade to include implementation fees at a cost not to exceed $570,297; and (b) Authorize the General Manager to execute the contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Net Sync, for a 36-month contract renewal at a total cost of $308,277.36 for Backup and Recovery Services.
