(2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and NetFortris, for a 3-year contract cost of $560,813.00, not including applicable taxes and fees as outlined in Exhibit A. (ITEMS G THROUGH J WERE PRESENTED TO THE RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE AT ITS MEETING ON JUNE 16, 2021.)
