(2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute an annual consulting agreement (Exhibit A) for healthcare consulting agreement between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Gallagher Benefits Services, Inc. at an annual cost of $50,000 with an automatic extension for one year on each renewal date, effective December 1, 2022. 5
