(2) Recommendation: The Resources Development Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Landscape Unlimited, LLC for the preliminary design of the Cape Royale Golf Course for a lump sum of $169,500 in substantially the form presented. 5
