(2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: 3 Motion that the Board of Directors approve the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2021 and authorize and direct the President to transmit a copy thereof, in printed form, for inclusion with the Minutes of the Board Meeting.
